Nuremberg Germany - Singer Pink has been rushed to hospital after a stage stunt went horribly wrong during a concert in Germany.

The 30-year-old star was being strapped into a harness at the Easy Credit Station in Nuremberg when it flung her forward into a steel crowd barricade.

The harness was supposed to hoist her above the crowd so she could perform an acrobatic routine.

Video footage shows back-up dancers rushing to the edge of the stage to check Pink's condition before she gets back on the stage to a round of applause.

She was eventually taken away in ambulance where she Tweeted to fans: "I am so so so sorry to end the show that way. I am embarrassed and very sorry. I'm in ambulance now but I will b fine."
